How quickly will you respond to my request?
We aim to reply to every appointment request within one working day. For anything urgent, messaging us on WhatsApp is always the fastest way to be seen.
Can I be seen on the same day for an emergency?
Yes. Severe toothache, swelling or a broken tooth shouldn’t wait. Message us as early in the day as you can and we’ll do everything possible to see you the same day.
Do you offer appointments in Arabic and English?
Absolutely. Dr. Oufa and the team explain every diagnosis and treatment clearly in both Arabic and English.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Just yourself — and any previous X-rays, treatment plans or a list of medications if you have them. We’ll take care of the rest.
